    Mrs. Lola N. (Jocoy) Holland, 78, of 33 High Street, Wakefield died at a Peace Dale nursing home July 30 after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Daniel S. Holland. Born in South Kingstown Nov 20, 1884, she was the daughter of the late John K. and Dorcas (Allen) Jocoy.
    Mrs. Holland was a member of the Betsy Williams Council, Daughters of America, St. Margaret's Society and Altar Guild of the Church of Ascension and the Narragansett Grange. She was the first matron of Narragansett Juvenile Grange No. 34. She belonged also to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Wakefield Fire Department, and the Wakefield chapter of the American Red Cross.
    She is survived by a son, John K. Holland of Wakefield; two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 1 p.m. at the Forbes Funeral Home, Columbia Street, Wakefield. The Rev. Edward M. Dart of St. John's Chapel, Saunderstown will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Wakefield.
