16. Elisha Charles3 Jocoy (Samuel A. (Jerket)2, Elisha1 Jerket) was born in Cranston, Providence County, Rhode Island 18 June 1815. Elisha died 8 March 1900 in Edgar Springs, Phelps County, Missouri, at 84 years of age. He was buried in The Family Cemetery, Edgar Springs, Phelps County, Missouri.

He married Lydia A. Hubbell in Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin, 27 February 1842. Lydia was born in Canada 14 February 1826. Lydia died 26 April 1903 in Edgar Springs, Phelps County, Missouri, at 77 years of age. She was buried in The Family Cemetery, Edgar Springs, Phelps County, Missouri.

Elisha Charles Jocoy and Lydia A. Hubbell had the following children:

child + 62 i. Mary Lurannah4 Jocoy was born about 1844.

child 63 ii. Rollin A. Jocoy was born in Rock County, Wisconsin about 1845. Rollin died 3 March 1862 in Grafton, Taylor County, West Virginia, at 16 years of age. He was buried in Grafton National Cemetery, Grafton, Taylor County, West Virginia. Rollin participated in the Milit-Beg event 30 September 1861.

child 64 iii. Edwin Albert Jocoy was born in Rock County, Wisconsin about 1847. Edwin died 21 November 1864 in Marine General Hospital, St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, at 17 years of age. He was buried in Jefferson Barracks Nat'l Cem, Jefferson Barracks, MO. Edwin participated in the Milit-Beg event 23 February 1864.

child + 65 iv. Martha Jane Jocoy was born 13 August 1853.

child 66 v. Milo Jocoy was born 1857. Milo died before 1860.

child + 67 vi. Elmer E. Jocoy was born 12 December 1863.
